We realise other online booksellers do exist which are slightly bigger than us and sometimes (ahem) slightly cheaper.
However, if circumstances make it hard for you to visit one of our shops, there’s no need to resort to an anonymous multi-national alternative, you can buy your book from us certain in the knowledge that we will pay tax in the UK and that you will be supporting an independent local retailer.
Delivery Timing
We aim to to get all purchases delivered within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If we experience delays in fulfilling your order we will contact you and give you the option of a full refund.
P&P Costs
£3.00 P&P for the first hardback you buy, and £1.00 for any additional hardback. The paperback & children’s book P&P cost is £2.50 plus 50p for each additional item. Toys are £3.00 per order plus £1.00 for each additional toy ordered. Extra large items incur a cost of £5.00 plus £3.00 for each additional large item.
Click & Collect Timing
We aim to fulfil all click and collect orders within 3 working days, although if the book or toy is in stock in your chosen pick up point we can fulfil the order the very same day. We will email you when your purchase is ready for collection.
